Some commands used in QBASIC

FILES = Displays files in QBASIC mode.
              Syntax = FILES <file name>
              Eg: FILES(Enter)  or FILES "*.bas"(Enter)

NAME=Helps to rename file.
              Syntax =NAME<old filename> as <new filename>
              Eg: NAME "Ram.bas" as "Sita.bas" (Enter)
MKDIR=Creates a new directory.
             Syntax = MKDIR<Directory Name>
             Eg: MKDIR "My Files" (Enter)
CHDIR =Changes the directory.
             Syntax = CHDIR <Old directory name>
             Eg: CHDIR "My Files" (Enter)
RMDIR = Helps to remove unwanted directory.
             Syntax = RMDIR <Empty directory name>
             Eg: RMDIR "My Files"(Enter)
KILL    =Helps to delete the unwanted files.
             Syntax = Kill <existing filename>
             Eg: KILL "Sita.bas"(Enter)
Shell     =Takes to DOS mode
             Syntax: Shell
             Eg: SHELL (ENTER)
